We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dubai for the resolution of any disputes.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
